Shipping:

We ship within  days after we receive your payment, Monday to Friday.
2.Your purchase will be shipped via standard or registered airmail, which normally takes 10-20 working days to reach you .
3.You should expect to pay any amount, if there is any, charged by the government in your respective country; this includes (and is not limited to) duties & taxes.
Feedback:

We shall not be responsible for any lose or damage during the shipment if the buyer chooses not to add insurance.

If  the buyer responds that he or she dosen't receive  the items we've sent out ,we will  only affirm  by  receiving either the  return package or the lost information from the POST.
3.
we will check the flow with  the POST ,if any deceit revolved, a bad feedback has to be given.
Returns:
We are happy to replace or refund faulty goods and aim to resolve any issue quickly and to your satisfaction. If goods arrive defective you have up to 7 days from date of receipt to contact us. Items must be returned in their original and unused condition. Any cost of returning non-defective product or exchange of a product are borne by purchaser.
