Material:  High quality short hair velvet

Breather and vision: There will be holes on eyes or mouth. Different costumes have different holes position. But  User can breath very well when he wears it.
Eye net:  there are plastic net on the costume eyes hole, which can prevent the dust or the others into the User eyes.

Sizes:
There are  3 different sizes for adults in our store.
Small size   160-170  Medium size: 67" to 71" (170-180cm). Big Size 180-190
The sizes means the person's height who will wear the costume. They are  different in height, Please choose the most suitable one for you.
Attention: the sizes are all for normal weight person. If you need other sizes , we can make the costume according to your height , weight and waist size .Please contact us if you need that.
If you need the lareger size(XL:190-200cm,XXL:200-210cm), thus you need pay extra money.Please contactu s about this.

Costume cleaning:
1)Spot clean with a damp rag.
2)For a complete cleaning , we suggest taking the costume to the drycleaners.

The photo is taken according to the real figure. But slight color different maybe arise because of the photography technique and computer setting. Hopefully, you can understand this.

Packaging: the item will be wrapped into a big carton box,which size is about 45*45*50cm. It will protect the goods from damaging very well.
The Mascot Clothing must be folded (this is inevitable) and when you open it, the wrinkles will disappear over time, please understand this.
Customade:
Picture:  we are a professional mascot factory. If you want an all new costume, please send us your pictures. we will contact our designers about that.
Time: since this is international shipping, please contact us at least 10-15 days before you need to use them. If you need costumes in very urgent, please contact us.We will work out other way to send item.

Shipping
Your items will be shipped out via Standard shipping ---EMS(15-25business day)  to most countries (according to different regions ,the arriving time is also different). We will let you know tracking number once the item shipped. and you can track it at anytime you want till you receive it.
Please be patient if the delivery date may be extended due to weather, virus, etc.
In some countries,the item can't  be arrived  by  EMS ,we will ship the item by China Air Post Parcel, which will need about 20 working days. Please contact with us if your country is too far. If you need it in hurry, we can send the item by UPS or DHL(5-7 working days),it needs extra money.     please tell me in advance if you choose the way.
