The manual is in Japanese.
Some parts of the manual are dirty.
Several parts have been removed from the runner.
There is dirt on a part of the tire.
I would wash and paint the tires.
The spring is rusty.
I would replace it with a similar spring.
There is dirt on a part of the outer box.
