    So adorable!  I bought this for my daughter, and it got pushed to the back of the closet and she outgrew it before she got a chance to wear it:( Totally adorable, 90s vintage and in excellent condition.  There is a small hole in the tie, but it is very conveniently located where the knot for the bow goes, so you don't even see it.  Other than that this thing is perfect!  It would look so cute with some baby Dr Martens and a jean jacket!  It a size 3/4 and the measurements are above.  Feel free to hit me with any ?'s!
