You are bidding on the Color-Changing Spider-Man from the Mega Bloks Spider-Man 3 Final Battle Construction Set.  This is a very rare and hard to find figure. When held under cold water the head and part of the upper torso turn black as if the Symbiote from Spider-Man 3 was attempting symbiosis with Spider-Man.
